A national study that made local headlines this week found that Cleveland's population is stagnant but people continue to build in the surrounding countryside. Also this week, a group of architects and city planners from the Netherlands attended a conference at Cleveland State and told the locals that urban sprawl can be tamed. They also offered some other advice on how Northeast Ohio can be a better place to live. |
