Republicans Try To Get Around the "Sore Loser" Law

| Ohio has what's called a "sore loser" law which stops most candidates who lose a primary election from coming back later in the year to run in the general election. That law could be a roadblock for Republicans who are trying to field a candidate to replace embattled Eastern Ohio Congressman Bob Ney, who has dropped his re-election bid. Still, Republicans may have a way around the sore loser law. |
