Cleveland Part of a National Study on Prisoners Returning to Their Communities

Finding a job in poverty-stricken Cleveland can be a problem for most people, but it's even harder for the thousands of people who return to the city after a prison stay. A new study released today looks at the problems facing released inmates from their own perspectives.
