A Northeast Ohio task force looking into wind power today voted to recommend that Cuyahoga County commissioners take the first step in developing what could be the first freshwater off-shore wind farm in the world on Lake Erie. Members say they hope the project will make the region the research and manufacturing center for similar projects worldwide.
