Oscar-Winning Actor and Activist Relates Classic Novel to Modern Times at Kent Stark

Oscar-winning actor, director and activist Tim Robbins used George Orwell's novel 1984 as the basis for his speech at Kent State Stark Monday. Robbins, a longtime member of the Green Party, directed a touring stage adaptation of the novel last year. Robbins says 1984's fantasy story of a totalitatiarian government monitoring its citizens is relevant today.
