Jury awards African-American Appalachian neighborhood $11 million Monday, July 14, 2008
A federal jury has awarded residents of a black neighborhood in Ohio's Appalachian region nearly 11 million dollars in damages.
The jury found that local authorities denied the residents water service for decades because of their race.
