Hundreds of library workers rallied on the steps of the Cleveland Public Library to protest proposed state funding cuts

The lobbying to stop massive cuts in state funding for libraries continued today. Hundreds of people - most of them library workers from across Northeast Ohio - rallied on the steps of the Cleveland Public Library to protest proposed cuts of as much as 50-percent. And most say merging some the region's smaller library systems to save money is not an option.
