Ohio's Senate president hints at a small-business tax cut
The Senate, like the House, may part in a big way from Gov. Kasich's tax plans

Tuesday, Republican leaders of the Ohio House of Representatives unveiled a plan for big changes in Gov. John Kasich’s proposal for a big income tax cut. And now, the top man in the state Senate is hinting that the new proposal could use some changes of its own. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
