The Anti-Defamation League says white supremacists have begun college recruiting drives – including at schools in Ohio.

The drives include posters and fliers with racist messages. The Anti-Defamation League has recorded more than 100 incidents this school year alone, with six of them at Ohio schools including Kent State and Ohio State.

The Mid-American Conference basketball tournament is underway. The men's and women's teams that win the MAC tournament at the Q in Cleveland on Saturday get automatic bids to the NCAA tournament.

Kent State University is hoping to make student dining a more efficient and uniform experience across all of its Northeast Ohio campuses. Today ,the university’s trustees approved hiring food contractor Aramark to replace the five different vendors now doing the job.

Kent State University is teaming up with the Cleveland Water Alliance to inspire solutions to Lake Erie’s biggest problems.

The university helped launch Erie Hack today, a competition which will feature teams of coders, developers, engineers and water experts who will participate in a series of hack-a-thons.

The University of Akron is responding to President Trump’s executive order temporarily banning refugees from all countries, and all residents from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.

University President Matthew Wilson says about 85 students enrolled at the university come from the seven countries listed in the executive order. According to Wilson, two Iranian graduate students at the university had their student visa applications suspended last week.
