Ohio’s U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown is among those calling for the resignation of fellow Democrat Al Franken.

Several women have accused the Minnesota senator and former comedian of making unwanted advances, including groping and forcibly kissing them. Franken plans to make an announcement tomorrow.

Editor's note:  Last night, a panel of Republican senators voted to recommend Rep. Robert McColley to fill Hite's empty Senate seat. The full Senate Republican Caucus must now hold a vote to make McColley's selection to serve the remaining 13 months of Hite's term official.  

Republicans in the Ohio Senate are regrouping after allegations of sexual harassment forced a high-ranking member to resign.

In the past month, two lawmakers and one high-ranking staffer have resigned under the guise of "inappropriate conduct." But that phrase can be attributed to a wide-range of infractions.

The Senate president says they're goal is to be as transparent as possible.

There has been an escalating flurry of rumors at the Statehouse ever since a senator was accused of sexually propositioning a staffer.

Since then, complaints of various types of harassment against three representatives have surfaced.

Two weeks after the resignation of a Republican state senator because of sexual harassment claims, other reports have surfaced of inappropriate and concerning behavior among some other Ohio lawmakers.
